The Food Street

A taste of the Malabar coast

This is where the festival really comes alive. The air fills with the smell of biriyani steaming under sealed lids, porottas slapping on hot griddles, and fritters sizzling to gold. From beloved family kitchens to bold young cooks reinventing the classics, the food street carries the whole Malabar coast — from Thalassery to Kozhikode — straight to the heart of Collingwood.

Come hungry, graze all evening, and finish with a glass of sweet Sulaimani tea and a slice of halwa. Every stall tells a story.
